In this guided tour, you can enjoy all five of MIM's zones. You will learn about the processes and tools used to produce vinegar from the 19th century to the present day, along with Mizkan's history. - ・Food and drinks (except bottled drinks) are not allowed inside MIM.

- ・Please note that the tours include several flights of stairs, both up and down.
- ・We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as you will be walking quite a lot.
- ・People who have not booked in advance may not be allowed to enter the museum if there is no availability.
- ・People who are under the influence of alcohol may not be allowed to enter the museum.
